I was running max bupa mediclaim insurance. Agent from aditya birla insurance contact me for port the mediclaim. I have submitted the request and cheque 1 month before the expiry of my precious policy. They had successfully took my medical check-up 15days b4 expiry . Once the max bupa policy is expired, they terminate their policy as well on false ground of diagnosis of hypertension last year. And forfeit my money.
Stupid company only meant to harassing customer. These people should be avoided and this company should be stopped from operating.
