I have made an health insurance plan(Policy Number: 13-18-0007331-00) from Aditya Birla via PolicyX. PolicyX seems to be the partners to sell Aditya Birla Health Insurance. I have given all details to PolicyX and they created the policy for me which missed the data of pre-existing disease(which is BP). When I now apply for the claim with the patient suffering on bed, they say that the information is not disclosed about the BP, hence the claim is void. The pre-existing disease has nothing to do with what the patient is diagnosing for. If the information is not disclosed, the policy will be cancelled and the policy money goes to Aditya Birla it seems. Aditya Birla Group, good way to make money. It is exactly looks like PROFESSIONAL BEGGING. If you guys are really looking at the best customer service, solve the problem and not eat customers money. PolicyX being the insurance sellers cant f do anything here? Seriously? If the data disclosure policy is so strict, then have multiple ways of verification. Having a single way of customer confirmation cannot be the process followed by such big named organizations. Start selling tea on the roads, you guys dont seem be a big organization, which is worth for.
