On the outset let me tell you, this review is to inform general public about the very unethical practice done by the staff of your renowned organisation, precisely by Mrs. Rekha Dubey of Aditya Birla Hospitals Pune.
I am Vikram Gandhi, CMD of Uniform Sarees Corp. Surat. We are Surat based professionally managed designing & manufacturing unit for corporate Uniform Sarees.
We are supplying pan India to various corporate houses like Reliance, Apollo Hospitals, Taj Hotels to name a few.
A week back two employees from this renowned Pune hospital contacted us and shown interest in ordering Uniform Sarees for your hospitals.
They visited our premises in Surat and gave us brief of their requirements. Looking at the trusted name like Aditya Birla, we worked upon the brief and came up with few specially designed samples.
These designs they took from us for further discussion at Pune, after that my executive visited your Hospital in Pune for further talks, there we came to know that they have cheated upon us by handing over these designs of ours to some other manufacturers and get it copied.
Upon complaining about it the staff who visited us tried to justify it [justifying the theft of the design] and also tried to bully us.
I can understand they are a very big name in Industry and I am like an ant to them, but truth prevails and I hope that’s the motto of Aditya Birla group too.
I am trying to contact their higher ups, I am sending this email in black & white to their corporate office and addressing it to highest authority of the company.
The designs which belong to us legitimately, taking it from us in pretext of ordering and copying it from other vendor is breach of trust and it doesn’t suit to such a high regarded company like Aditya Birla.
All I want is to bring into notice such cheap practice done by hospital staff, I expect an apology as well a written assurance of not using my design by copying it, as it will be an embarrassment further to company.
