I worked with aditya birla for more than a year it was very worst experience.lot of pressure of work they put on individual and supervisoris very very bad.team leader dont know how to manage the work how to work done from employees.how the work distributed among employess.they will just order to their juniors didnt even no how a particular work takes how much time and they throw work continuously .work hours are sooo long normally 8 to 9 hrs are according to company but we have to work 10 to 11 hours so I will not recommend to join aditya birla
If you are fresher then its ok to take that much fresher as you can atleast learn how the work and pressure is adapted and completed on time
So its depends upon individual whether to join or not
