I don’t know about you all, but my personal experience is really very good with Aditya Birla Money and their team member. I know Aditya Birla Money since last 7-8 years of time and just because of Mr. Soni, who is Zonal Manger there, not Area Manager which some one mention earlier here.
This company is really like a Temple and University in real sense. I have also worked with Mr. Soni and his team for 4 years and my experience is really fantastic. He is really a great leader and working for ABM since a very very long period now. He is one person who really helped me in early days of my career. Working with him means learning every day. I not saw any such great leader like him till now. Whatever, I am today, just because of only him.
It is really sad that you don’t know reality about him and his great powers of making normal human being to super human. The entire team there is really hard working and I also know some of them as well. He has made many people career like me and we all are thankful to him.
As far as his business management skills are concerned again he is rocking there as well, he himself is managing many clients and all of them are really very happy, because he follows strict norms, trust, rituals and systems of Birla Group. One of my big HNI relative is also managed by Mr. Soni.
Rather, I request you all that in case you really want to know about him and ABM more, pls go to linked.com and search his profile there, you will see many people talking about him. Your view will change, I am sure.
But I know that GOD also has its own critics, and Mr. Soni is still a person.
