I agree with the last review, Aditya Birla Money is a thief organization. Employees here work like donkeys, the branch at Defence Colony is just hell. I agree that Rajesh Soni, the area manager is half minded person who rob clients with the help of his team. The employee satisfaction here is never achieved, they know how to loot customer for achieving there targets.
You will find low quality people who cannot speak proper english on higher designations. These guys are from banks, they have stolen customers from there and now are using the same customers for the advantage of Birla. Since these guys are thief, there earnings are also facing a good beating. None of there business work smooth, employees here are busy doing politics and not selling.
Most of the guys from Birla are running to ICICI Securities and the trend will continue even the Rajesh Soni, the biggest thief is also planning to make a move.
Do not ever become there customer or there employees! Please, if you do you will regret always!
