I have been told that I will be provided Capital Guarantee of my Premium what ever I pay and Medical Insurance for life long and NO INFORMATION about Admin Charges 65 % 1st year and Policy Lording Fees etc I was offered as in-lieu of Mutual FUND.
When I tried to call the BIRLA Call Center I was told that “they don’t own the Citibank Agents” Statements and Sales Claims. And CitiBank Officials Say that “ BIRLA Call Center Agents are less knowledgeable and don’t take their statements in to consideration “ .
There is a Free Look in Period 15 Days but they DO NOT disclose and they DO NOT even mention in any documents so that you cannot act or reject. It is only for the Marketing Purposes and it was cleverly hidden in all the verbal and official communication. When I registered a complient , I have been told that they have mentioned in the Policy Letter and Document .
Suddenly I was shocked to know they have taken 65 % from my First Premium as Admin charges and I was told that I can take he money in up to completion of 4 years huge penalty of the amount left out as premium and lot of overhead.
