Very very bad service. They don’t settle any reimbursement claim, they keep asking documents one after other and make you feel frustrated and eventually you will give up. Worst company to deal with, it is one way you have to pay but you get nothing back. Nothing good to say about the insurance company. I had taken insurance for my mother and me in 3 years first time we are taking benefit of it But when I wanted a claim settlement, they keep asking for 2.5 years back consultation of doctor if we didnt, consulate any doctor before 2.5 years then from where we will get that document. We are explained everything and after giving it in writing again they are keep asking for it. Very difficult to connect to customer care and the team doesn’t know the process, instead we get automated tickets in response.
Not recommended for any one and will never ever buy any products from them.
