How ever ready this review. Please I would suggest never to take birla sun life insurance, since they are the hope less people never understand the need to the customer, make your life like hell.
I don’t know what they do for 1 month to process a surrender policy.
We call the customer care they inform in a such nice way saying "Sir your surrender is in process, it will take 15 day’s for it". So give back your hard earring money we need to beg them, ask them please sir can you give your money. what a bull s service they do.
