I am using Birla Sunlife since last 3 years and very dissapointed by customer serivce they provide. It takes atleast 3-4 mails unless they respond and they respond without reading the mail. Call centre employees are uneducated they cannot even pronuounce my name properly. On the whole, I get nightmares if I get stuck in a situation which calls for interacting with BIRLA SUNLIFE CUSTOMER CARE.
If anyone from Birla Sunlife is reading, please help.
