Had two policies from the company. Besides poor returns, the offices of the company are no better than government offices. There is no strict timing for staff and staff is not interested in helping out people.
Further, when I submitted my policy for surrender at their Pitampura Office, Delhi, they lost my policy.
Even when I had the policy surrender acknowledgement, both the head office and regional office refused to help and started blame game, blaming each other(head office and regional office).
I was left with no option but to request duplicate policy and re surrender the policy.(Took another 2 months)
Simply, never ever buy this company’s policy
