Poorest Service

Imagine these guys took 2 months to change my email ID from gmail to gmail. I have taken Dream Plan considering that I am securing the future of family but they have tortured me like anything in last months. Recently I asked to change my premium mode from monthly to annual and they asked to get standing instruction cancelled from bank 1st. I did after writing letter to bank. They asked to send the mail that I got from bank so did it and got confirmation mail from Birla Sunlife. My policy is about to lapse due to delay payment so called customer care again to check the status and what I am suppose to do next? Answer was most interesting that they haven’t recd my mail yet. Asked me to send again so I did today and waiting!!!!!
