He gave a beautiful detailing of the product & after some research I settled for two plans for him - Birla Saral Jeevan, a long term & Birla Gold Plus, a ULIP plan. he provided me with minute details of the plan. also the brochure that he handed me and the website have also detailed the plans very well.
The service was prompt & I am very happy that I hit no road block regarding the receiving the policy as such. this year I opted for Birla Platinum Plus & once again I was impressed by the way it worked smoothly. BSLI is doing good for itself, n I feel there customer service & help desk are also good. give it a try!
