Had two policies from the company. The shocking news is that they are not returning any money apart from what I’ve invested for~5 years. They are saying some stories now.

Worst process for surrender the policy as they’ve not send any policy documents, now all of sudden they are saying they need these documents which I never received.
So I’ve no option but to request duplicate policy and re surrender the policy.
Simply, never ever buy this company’s policy
I’m an idiot to take policy without fully understanding the details and hope at least someone reads this and gets benefit out of this.
