Never buy any life insurance from birla. I have take 1 but its enough for me for whole life gave me life long experience. I have take ULIP policy for which a executive came to my office taking an appointment. He came and every thing was alright.
He said me the document will be received by you in 12-15 days. but even after more that 45 days they have not sent policy document and any receipt for the payment. When enquired via mail they dont give any proper response also their executive picks up the calls from whom I got the policy.On the other hand I took LIC’s policy and I got all the required document very quickly, the same is applicable for HDFC too.So I recommend not to take the policy from Birla sunlife instead take it from any other organsation preferably LIC.Take care
