My brother had bought Honda Sp Shine from this showroom ( authorised Honda dealer cum showroom) . Firstly I would like to request honda to cancel their franchise license immediately. The facility has got no ventialation whatsoever inside it and looks like a underconstruction godown. I might sound too harsh but yeah its true, one and go out and check my claims any time. Meanwhile the staff do enjoy AC’s & Fans in their cublicles while we customers who come to buy/service their bikes sweat profusely outside. Honda a leading two wheeler manufacturing companiy should not allow to malign their brand image any further. Now I would brief a bit about the bike servicing part. According to the honda policy a customer gets free 4 free servicings. I am well of the aware of fact that oil changing isn’t included in the free servicing which we willingly agree to pay for ( costs additional 310 bucks) . However what this guys do is they add some other things like chain setting & greasing ( worth 200 bucks) , Shine Polishing and lots of other services which we have never heard of. I strongly feel that the staff who fill out our servicing forms are forced to/instructed to do so by the concerned owner. We have used up our 3 free servicings. My father had gone for the 2nd servicing wherein he was introduced to a black colour coating sevice ( worth 380 bucks) service which can be availed for a year. Suprisingly they provided us a card from Auto Tech Solutions India which is when we got dubious about some other firm providing this service inside their facility. The concerned staff with their excellent deluding skills convniced my father so well that eventually he gave in. For the third servicing we complained about the stiff clutch wires and loss of orginal pickup to which the servicing staff replied that the clutch plates are quite burned and needs to replaced. He also added that it would deteroirate further and mess with engine as well if we dont repair it soon. As we didn’t want to take a chance for our 7 months old bike by giving it out to a local garage we gave in this time as well. He made a bill of 2000 which included clutch plate & oil change worth rs 1500, chain setting & greasing ( once again) and some other things. They have been doing this right from the first free servicing. After each servicing we wondered wasn’t this supposed to be a free servicing? . They add few things here and there and make a bill of atleast 1000 rs each time. Heartfelt request to honda to review this dealer-service centre.
