Lack of Hospitality, no response even if you ring the bell for many times, unhygienic bathrooms and when asked to clean the bathroom the staff said they will clean in the morning as the things are being locked.
And if you are there to see the patients then you will be asked to pay for the tea in cash by the staff which is very humiliating for the patient on bed.
And when questioned about why they don’t attend the patient the staff says to guests that you are the supposed to take care of the patients.Overall ADIVA Hospital Green Park Sucks.
