We planned a family trip to Imagica recently. It wouldnt be fair to compare it to theme parks abroad but that is not to say that Imagica doesnt have its own charm. If you love amusement parks, the thrill of the rides and decent food joints, you can comfortably plan a day here. Buying tickets online was easy. But my personal experience with their customer service via phone was pathetic. I had called in to see if they could provide customized packages besides the ones mentioned online.
Needless to say when they couldnt, they were arrogant and rude about it. That aside, we planned it on our own and did have a good time eventually. I didnt find it too crowded or dirty as mentioned in some previous reviews but then again we were there on a weekday. The staff at the park were helpful. Of the rides and attractions, we tried most of them. The roller coasters and dare to drop deserve a special mention besidesrajasaurus, Mr India . we did a few repeat rides because we enjoyed them that much! If the Adlabs Mgmt does take these reviews/feedback seriously then it would be best for them to have a serious look at the customer service desk to
a) be more courteous and
b) do something about the noise levels in their call center
One could barely hear the representative on the phone and the background noise was chaotic. Secondly, they should explore the option of customized packages for smaller groups and families besides what they already have on offer. If the customer is agreeable to pay for certain facilities, it would work in their interest to provide it or consider such requests in future.
As they say, there is always scope for improvement. Now lets hope they can maintain the positives and work to remove the negatives. If you havent experienced Imagica, please go ahead and plan a visit with family and friends.
