Before this there was only one option for an adventure park close to mumbai, Essel World which became too monotonous. other options seemed more for kids than youngsters. we were a group of 7 friends and we booked an innova from dadar.
Took a halt on the way at lonavla for quick bite and set off again. we reached before the park opened and bought our tickets on student discount. when we entered the first ride which caught our eye was Nitro.
Damn it seemed scary standing outside the gates. it was aweesoommeeeee.butterflies in the tummy, screaming our lungs out and the ride ended. all we wanted was to ride once again which meant standing in the long queue that had gathered by then. Imagica has a few other thrill rides of which Deep Space and Scream Machine was real fun.
They have themed attractions as well of which Alibaba aur challis chor was my favourite. its a ride where you shoot targets with a laser gun and I scored the highest both times. Wrath of Gods was a visual treat, with superb effects.the park also has a few other Family rides and Kids rides for the young kids. the park also has a few themed restaurants. we ate at the multi cuisine food court which was reasonably priced and food was good. what makes Imagica even more attractive is they have offers and discounts all the year round. it has something for everyone be it kids, youth or the oldies. its a day well spent with friends and family. a tip for people wanting to go is to definitely use a sunscreen. would be goin to the newly opened Aqua Imagica soon and will share my experience then.
