I am using adobe reader since I have started using computer. I have mainly used it for viewing PDF files. This software is available on adobe’s website.
User interface of software is decent with all the necessary icons on the top panel. Document/Paragraphs/Sentences can be easily highlighted and comment can easily be posted on required places.
The best thing is it is FREELY available to download.
