I own a Hyundai Santro 2001 model. One really not - so - fine day my car stopped in bangalore traffic. My radiator fan was not working. I fixed it in Mumbai from a road side mechanic for rs. 200 but for the same issue these guys changed the whole set for rs.13000.
They don’t attend to all the small works that you say. In hyundai dealer service stations they don’t repair anything at all. they just change the whole part. I had a dent in my car at the rear, the guy who was inspecting my vehicle said if you change the whole panel it’ll cost 4000, but when I told him i’m going to claim thru insurance he hiked the bill to 5000 and he did a really bad job with painting the region. Totally useless. Even when I was in Mumbai, for a small electric work in my power windows the Mumbai service centre changed my whole power windows kit. They are authorized looters!!!
I was suing my bro’s zen for sometime and I had a very good service experience from Bimal motors. I wish maruthi launches really good models in future.
