I had given my car for servicing with 2 problems, them being the Gears
being a little too hard and the AC cooling not working satisfactorily.
I got back a clean car at a bill of Rs. 8300.The most expensive car wash that has ever been done.
And Wait, thats not all.
My Music system stopped working post that.
When
I went back to complain, during Lunch hours, the people made me wait
for an hour, saying it was lunch hour for them.All the time, I see the
service men accepting other cars or working on them.
Finall I
called my office and took half a day off, hoping that my problem shall
be rectified the same day.Guess the answer.The technician(His name
is Nayanaesh) told me that the AC is not working(He is the same person
who took my complaint a day back when I gave it for service), and I was
told that It needed an overhauling.When I told him that it was for
that problem that I gave it in the first place, and that they had
already charged me 800 bucks for the same, he tells me that he had
cleaned the AC ducts and that was the charge for that.I was furious
and told him to set my problem right.He took the car inside the
Service center.He had a difficulty in applying the rear gear in front
of me.When I told him that nothing had been done about the gears, he
to;d me that the gears were working fine.When I told him that I had
just witnessed him struggling with the rear gear a minute back, he just
turned and walked away.After a while, another guy was called and he
checked the music system.Then the technician came back and told me
that I should now take it to SONY to set it right.I told him that it
had been working fine, before I gave it to him.He said that it was not
their fault as he had given me the console.Now, I told him that I had
deposited the console with their security itself and all I had done was
to fix it back after the servicing.He then told me that he cannot do
anything about that.I asked for his senior.
His senior(Basavaraj) listened to me, and then spoke to the
technician.Then he repeated exactly what the guy had told m a few
minutes back.Then I pulled out their slip that listed the complaints
written by their own employee and showed it to him.He aid that I have
no option but to get it done once again at a cost.
This
is what I get for Rs. 8300.A head ache and a clean car that has more
problems that what was given before.I always thought that we pay to
get our CAR running better but here I am, paying to worsen the
condition of my CAR.
And guess what the slogan of Advaith is,
"CARING FOR YOU ALWAYS"

This is to warn you about the CARE that I received at ADVAITH.Please
do not be foolish like me to spend big money to worsen your Car.You
can get your CAR cleaned at 100 bucks, elsewhere.
Only thing
that makes me feel good is that even the AMBANIs or TATAs does not
pay 8300 bucks to get their car cleaned once.I, for once, have been
more extravagant than them.Taste of Royalty indeed, Courtesy, ADVAITH
HYUNDAI.
Please do suggest an alternate place where I shall atleast get value for the money that I paid
