Hey, I had the worst experience with Advaith Hyundai when I bought my Santro XS in Nov 2004. They promised me delivery in 3 days and I finally ended up waiting for almost a month. At the end of it all, I got my car after speaking to the GM, Advaith..and finally to a Regional Mngr(Hyundai).
The reason given to me in the last 1 week was that the Car was on its way from Chennai..and it went on for 6 days when I finally lost it !!
My advice - Dont pay up fully if you dont see your car. I made the mistake of paying up fully much ahead thinking I’ll get priority. Forget priority, I dont think I even got a decent treatment.
Finally when I took delivery of my car on a sunday...I just walked over to the counter asked for the keys and walked off...no one even bothered to explain me a thing(though I did’nt need it - not my first car). Someone new could have easily had some trouble.
