I had come for IVF in Manipal Ankur, JP’nagar and it was the 1st time I was undergoing this treatment. My husband has sperm DNA issues and all my harmone reports were normal. Dr. Nirmala is very rude and needs some lessons on humanity. Yes the pain lasts for 3-5 mins. I have got internal scan done before by Gynac n radiologists and they never hurt me one bit. Don’t know if she is saddist and instead complains that I do not co-operate. Can you believe she hurts women while doing internal scan? You can’t express physical pain and any reflex action offends her. She treats women like Guinea pigs. Am sure in India women do not raise objections and bear the pain but she needs to atleast address the issue when talked rather than get offended. She never bothers to explain why there is a chg for medication and what the reports mean; we need to blindly follow her.
I wasn’t counselled for IVF process but she did explain the payment in absence of admin person. They just talk money here. After extraction of eggs, she put me on progesterone injection, am down with viral and my HB count has dropped drastically for more than a month. I was informed my eggs quality is not good and was forced to get it implanted within 2 days of extraction even though I had fever. Now after going through physical and emotional pain am never going through this treatment my entire life.
