We have used advantage2you web hosting service and our experience has been quite OK.
We have hosted 4-5 sites with them - over the past 2-3 years and we have never faced any issue. In fact their services are among the most cost effective and their support responses, which come in one working day’s time, are reasonably professional. Ofcourse if you are looking for faster than one day’s response time, you may want to look for it.
They spell out the support in advance - no support on holidays and support via email only...which is not bad as email leads to a good communication.
Would have loved if they offered tele support but for less than 100 rupees hosting, email support is just fine.
Their servers are very fast - on optical backbone or something like that.
One added advantage is that they can always offer a perfect upgrade roadmap. For example for one of our sites, we wanted a Java upgrade with MySQL database management system and they provided that on the same day of order... this was not bad... better than what I have got with a few US web hosting companies.
