The service this hotel provides is really very bad. I have visited almost all branches in bangalore and also in highway to bangalore-dharmapuri.. After standing in long queue they say this item is not there or even if it is there they don’t deliver on time.
I have taken a oath that I will not visit this hotel anymore. When we were coming from chennai back to bangalore we had gone to have cofee. We had Rs.100 in hand when we went to 1 counter that guy said I am done with accounts go to another counter. In that counter he said he doesn’t have change and inspite of my hubby ordering for snacks he said he cannot serve since snacks time has not started. The snacks were available readily.. not sure what is their motto... anyway I will not visit again. Though their food is tasty etc..
