I think this movie is a bigest bad movies of karna johar, he can’t express his thought properly and audiance feeling bored all time during this movies, in this movies only one thing is good that is ranveer kapoor acting, he do his best in this movie but due to bad story and properless direction the movie beacame a boring and meanless movie so I think it is not a good movie to watch.but if you want to spend your time with your girlfriend you should choose to watch adhm rither than shivaay.so guys I suggest all of you that is is not a paisa wasul movie
