Salary and Benefits - I think Aegis is still in 1985’s. They are still paying 5000 a month and there are people who are working for that salary too. Just worse than worst. They suck the blood outta you.
Job Security - Forget about job security because the attrition rate is 55%. Majority of them try to find better job after joining this company within 6 months.
Career Growth - Lot of politics and useless people. Mostly uneducated and street people.
Work Environment - Hostile.
