Hii my dear friends I will say about Aegis Bpo call center this company is worst company I was working fast 4months back only I’m sharing my experience fst I was join this company that time Aritel DTH process no proper trainer and not good TL and after one month they told process will get showdown it’s seems that company manger only some employees they will tarmanet.employees asking y it’s seems that company manger given reson ur perfamenc is not good I was working only one month fr mine also he will tarmanet and no proper log in time we are waiting to sistem, and head phone, mouse, and TL won’t allow small break also morning shift people are tacking any more then 15min break that TL sending home for that employ so saylrey also hr department they will do didacttion because shout off log in we do proper work also not satisfied to saylrey we won’t growth in that place
