Aegis is a good organisation because when I was joined the organisation that time I don’t know about the Bpo sector.they having good supervisor for teach them & they believe for good customers service.
Aegis is best startup company I worked with. Which helped me to know about bpo. The company Managers, TL’s etc. every one were helpful and at same time the entire company helped me to know new thing everyday.
I would like to personally thank entire Aegis Management including Managers and my Team Leads.i enjoyed a lot while working aegis but very discomfort about salary they offering.

Good place to work .Good salary for Fresher’s but cab issues are almost every day scenario. Over all good management and can work for long time. Some pressure here and there. There is hiring season and then also the firing season. Be careful abt the seasons.
Good experience but no job security salary is also very low and target is high but overall good and employee friendly environment also good connectivity to the city and bus facility is also a available.
