Very very bad customer service

I have purchased two term plans last year.


Initially I paid monthly payments with auto debit option but most of time my premium not collected on time due to this policy has been in the lapsed state every month.


They have only excuses but no corrective action taken.


To avoid this issue I changed premium mode to yearly. I paid the due amount as per the due amount show in their website.


Since last one month my policy status in terminated state, . I m followkng up with customer care but no action taken.


Now they are asking for extra amount which is not showing in as per the policy. Now policy is in terminated state even after paid due amount. Asked to refund my money back but no response. This is the company whose annual premium is higher the sum of 12 month premium. Very wonderful.


Plz avoid this company as operational service is very to very bad.
