Aegon life is just wastage of money instead of securing your Family...
Dear All I want to share my experience with you all who are going to purchase Aegon Life Tear Insurance
I had done the payment on 10th Oct my medical is done 17th oct as per sale person inform policy should receive with 3 to 4 days after medical process but I received my policy on 29th Oct after pressurising them.
Argon Life Sale Team is so selfish that to earn insensitive they will keep on calling you for more than a month and they will convince you to purchase police, but once you do the payment they forget everything and start giving excuses and for all small things they will inform you to call Customer Care. They don’t have courtesy to check with the customer whether customer had received policy or not for which they had done payment.
Bymistakely by Father name was added wrong from my end it was just a typing mistake for same I have to submit my father documents and inseted of helping me they started showing me all the Aegon life process. I had mailed all the required documents on 5th November till date I haven’t received confirmation.
I think I had payed for Aegon Life Process and not for policy.
To receive policy so many issues then what will happen during clame. I am 100% sure Aegon Life clame is not going to be easy...
It’s just waste of money and time.
