I have opt AegonReligare iTerm policy. I am submitting my review so that many other can befitted from this as I. I have read lot of negative reviews about iTerm here. In fact I got lot information from user reviews so that I am able to negotiate in batter way while purchasing the plan. I must say, customer service of AR is excellent. They satisfied all queries raised by me like when the premium amount will be increased after medicals, What if I dont want to purchase iTerm on increased premium etc. . Company have provided guaranty through email that they will deduct whole premium amount if I dnt want to accept increased premium offer after medicals.
After paying premium online, just on 3rd my medicals were done and on 7th day I got policy document in my hand with same premium amount.
Regarding claim settlement ratio, I have lot of doubts in my mind since AR has lower claim settlement ratio. But through various exerts on CNBC AWAZ channel, I came to know that company can not deny the claim until and unless you are completely honest while providing information.
So overall its a nice experience with AR.I fully recommend Aegon Religare Iterm plan.
