I bought I-term Policy and once the policy is issued, had some concerns/rectifications with the same. Its been almost 2 months and customer.care people at aegon-relgare doesnt care about solving/rectifying the issues. I hardly get any response from them and have to keep following up. So, please read your policy carefully and hope there are no corrections.
Buying a policy is simple, but customer service is pathetic. So think before buying as post-sales service matters a lot..
