I just wanted to respond as an ex-employee and cannot be thankful to Aequor as I started as a junior developer and grew through the ranks and then was brought to US. They helped me get my green card and helped me relocate my family to US.
I saw many employees join and leave aequor during my tenure. I would just say that people whom were let go anytime were non performers and had to be pushed out and since there is no concept of firing people in India these employees had to be pushed out. I know when that happens employees become disgruntled and I feel sorry for those guys when they bad mouth the company.
I only have to say it is a fair company, pays very well and no one is perfect. You get god experience and get what you deserve,
I only have one thing to say to the ex employees that if you are one of those who got fired then only write real comments as I don’t want people like me to not miss out on any opportunities if they don’t get the real picture.
