4 flight with them within 1.5 month from Europe to Asia. Last one now on Friday, very last one for sure ! Everything related to this airline simply sucks big time. Impossible to get in touch with them if any question, whatever it’s by mail or phone. Old B767 on that route that should haven retired ages ago.
Stuck in Moscow once as we returned with technical problems. Took them more than 5 hrs before we got a hotel, no food and not possible to leave the hotel. People was forced two in each room whatever they knew each other or not. Beer, wine and booze you have to buy, not a biggie actually but annoying when they don’t accept any credit card or don’t have cash change enough on a 100 US note. No wine on that flight :( no entertainment system, yes few screen flashing from time to time. If you r lucky it’s stable for a while, the sound in your seat won’t work.
They need serious improvement to reach international standard. A new member airline of Sky Team.........
