hello there all my friends and fellow reviewers,
I intend to make this short as there is so much that has already been said about this afghan issue that there is precious little that a person may say about the issue without repeating someone elses views.
I shall restrict my self to india and the indian attitude towards the whole issue.it is a fact that our nation is hobbled by the beauraucrats and crippled by the politicians. one cant blame just this class of society all of us are to blame. if blame shifting was a solution then india would truly have been one of the most successful nations on earth.
coming back to the situation at hand, isnt it sad and humiliating that india started its posturing and big talk only after the strikes happened in US.
isnt it true that the majority of our nation thought that pakistan would now have to face the wrath of the great and almighty united states.
isnt it true that pakistan managed to wriggle out of the mess most commendably which is the last thing we can say about us.
isnt it true that pakistan has successfully managed to pacify the yanks and at the same time drawn concessions from them with regards to kashmir.they have utilized the yanks feeling of appeasing the world and used it to their advantage rather commendably. if anyone doubts this please go through the newspapers a bit more closely.
isnt it true that all that is required by india to rout terrorism in kashmir is just a hard stance.
isnt we the indians(politicians in particular)that are undermining our national interests to just pacify our own varying interests and needs?
boy if only the scenario wasnt shameful. I would have been proud if we had been fighting like the afghans are right now rather be this pitiful mockery of the powerful nation that we could have been.
i sign off in pain cos thats what one gets for thinking too deeply and too loud. goodday my friends. and may our world someday learn to live in peace( fat chance but it would be nice).
