I subscribed to a movie rental service called, Moviemart.com, and rented 2 Blu rays. They sent it through AFL courier, I was told it will be there on Friday , since there was no response, I checked by tracking no. online and it said, door locked. There was no note or message or anything. I called their customer service, and I was told that it will be delivered on Saturday, and when asked when will they deliver, they rudely replied that it is our in the field, and they will take the no. and will call me.
I called them three times on Saturday and every time they said the will take my no. and call me back. No calls obviously, and at 5 PM I was very frustrated and called , this time they promised that they will look into this in 10 mins. I got angry and explained to them that I am not calling them again. And with this the lady at the other end cut me off.
I cant believe this is a branch of Fed Ex USA. This really sucks, never ever use this courier again. This also explains why Moviemart has chosen this, I guess, probably very cheap.
