After looking at few online reviews I have decided to buy Agaro bed vacuum cleaner. Had ordered it on Amazon and received the product in about 3 days. First of all it wasn’t properly packed, I needed it urgently hence I ignored packaging part. Read the user manual, plugged it and started using. After few minutes of operation it stopped working, I thought its overheated so went to Amazon service support and did all the trouble shooting they suggested. It started working after 2 hours, then again worked for 5 min and stopped working, tried to reach seller via Amazon, spoke with their service team, just false promises and no service support. Finally decided to replace it and got to know the seller doesn’t have any more units in stock. Started product return process, it was supposed to be picked in 5 days time and after 5days I saw on Amazon that return is complete. Well product was still at my home, no one came to pick it, then how the return has completed? Had multiple calls with Amazon and literally had to get into a verbal fight with Amazon team to get it returned. Took 10 more days to return the product and few more to get the refund.
Long story short, worst experience. I won’t recommend anyone to buy Agaro Bed vacuum cleaner, they should name it Agaro BAD vacuum cleaner, . Not worth your money and time. I can’t say anything about their other product but not buying their vacuum cleaners again
