Never ever send a parcel with these people. For your safety, I suggest don’t send any parcel whose name is Agarwal or Aggrawal. Only one company was authentic. Rest you will see 40-50 fake ones. But don’t take risk. They have never delivered my luggage. Indian police doesn’t file a complaint on them. Our police efficiency is well known. They don’t want to get into all these. There is a local FIR system. The place from where it was sent will be in some other police station and where it got delivered will be in some other police zone. I tried with Lasudia police station. They harassed me more than anybody else. Firstly they didn’t take my fir because it was written in English. Next they made me visit for 15 days to entertain themselves. Anyways...if u care for your luggage, don’t send it via any of the Aggrawal. I sent it through Agarwal Fast and Safe. Below are the pics of some staffs.
