We were looking to use Agarwal Packers and Movers to get our car transported from Delhi to Goa. After going through the internet, we suddenly got a call from someone named Sachin(+91 9579195831) saying that he is from Agarwal Packers and it used to be linked to Bade Bhaiya but now the owner is running his own business. He spoke to us 10 to 15 times before we decided to give the car assuring us of giving us all necessary documents such as invoice, lorry receipt, cash voucher. He mentioned that they transport cars for Maruti all over the country and that our car will reach its destination within 7 days. It’s now been over 10 days and as others have experienced, they have blocked our numbers and stopped responding to calls or messages.
I have checked their GST and MSME certificate and somehow they seem to be visible on the government website however I am convinced they are fake and using someone else’s GST on their invoice.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT TRUST THEM OR ANYONE TILL YOU GO TO THEIR OFFICE PREMISES ON YOUR OWN. Do not make any bookings online or via any internet suggestions and especially cold calls. This whole industry is plagued by either thief’s, frauds, inefficient packers. All in all
