I really had to feel regret for choosing these inexperienced, non-reliable, non-responsible, poor planners!
I am surely wondering to see the MS ratings too!
Most of the seniors are not reachable or seitched off their number. My region head Mr Sunil whose number I received after much follow up was switched off when I tried reaching him on the day of my dispatch., Which was super spoiled by the so called planners.
Mr Kuldeep, who is supposed to plan the loading of household goods called me in the morning of the dispatch day to inform that the vehicle cannot reach the site before 11.30am due to NO ENTRY, when the time for myself to leave my home is 11.30 to 12 itself!
The reason for which they couldn’t send the transport vehicle before no entry as they mentioned is, "gaadi raat mai khali nahi hui thi"!
And they were least bothered to arrange substitute vehicle and even to inform the customer!
No updates given to the customer.
Only me, myself is chasing them for their support and services!
The agent ( Mr Sushil) came to made the booking is supposed to take up the details of the dispatch according to the time of vacating the home, which he never took but assumed by himself! And even after informing the same to him in a day’s advance, he didn’t feel like taking it into the consideration!
As a customer, I am writing this review to warn all others to be aware and plan it with them.
Don’t let them assume your schedule!
I am praying to God and claiming for my good deeds, to not to get the flight missed due to such unfortunate decision!
