Agarwal packers, very worst service you have been providing now. I have lot of concerns regarding the service you have provided to me.
At the time of booking, I was told that vehicle will reach at my location around 9AM in the day of loading. However, i got the call a day before that vehicle will reach by 10-10:30 am but they will try their level best to send the labour by 9:30. There were two people who reached at 9 am but without vehicle and packing material. Vehicle was supposed to come at 11AM due to no entry time in the city. I am surprised how DRS group is not aware of no entry timing and making false promises.
I started following up with gurgaon incharge at 11 AM and every time I was told that vehicle will reach in 20 mins. I was not sure that 20 mins is equivalent to 3 hours. Vehicle reached at 2 PM and only with 2 people. Is this task possible with 2 people? Also don’t you know the timing set by the societies? Ultimately the truck left the premises at 7:30 PM and I missed the flight due to this. Are you going to reimburse for that?
I was told that things will reach at the destination by next weekend, but there was no information till mid of next week.
Ultimately, I got a call on 7th April, that things are reached at the destination. I asked him to deliver the same on Saturday due to my office work. But he denied and said I would be charged for loadin/ unloading/local transport. Whereas I was promised at the time of booking that I can take the delivery as per my convenience and things can be kept in the warehouse at free of cost? Again why false promises.
- Ultimately I asked the person to deliver the things on 8th April and I asked what time truck will reach at my place. He said it’ll reach by 10:30-11 am. I called up that person at 9:37 am and I was told that truck is left around half an hour back, it means around 9:10 am and it’ll reach by 11-11:30 am. When I contacted the warehouse incharge at 11am, he said the truck has left around 20 mins back, it means around 10 :40 am. And it will take 1.5 hours to reach my place. I again called up at 12 and asked for the current location, he told me the location which is supposed to by 40 mins by car and by truck it should be an hour. 7 mins later I got a call that vehicle is broken down on the way and if I have any work, I can finish off. Don’t you guys understand that we have time bound work and have to pre-plan everything? You people have spoiled by whole day. This is 12:50 and I am still waiting for the truck
This is third class service you are providing And i’ll make sure that i never use your service in future. I’ll never recommend you for shifting purpose. Thank God I don’t use your service to transport my car. I transported my car using local vendor and received the delivery before the promised timeline.
