I shifted from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore this March 2021. My household items were brought by APML. Its expensive but we thought our things are safe with them. After reaching Bengaluru, the person unloading stuffs were worst. In order to take their apml boxes, they threw my stuffs including clothes here and there. My many stuffs are missing which even after reporting they didn’t respond.
They didn’t do the assembly of my bed. Along with the APML boxes, they took away my LG TV original box too. Now upon calling Customercare of APML, they are not at all responding. APML has a habit of gaining ur trust, then break it easily by showing their true colour. Never go for APML ( I am taking about original APML which has their MD’ s picture in each of their products who is wearing a cap).
During unloading of my stuffs I requested their Manager over phone to give me atleast 7 days so that I can set my things and return the apml cardboard boxes. But he was so rude. He started shouting on me. Never expected this type of behaviour from the staffs of APML. The people unloading stuffs were adamant even after getting Rs 1000 as tip from my husband. They argued for more money as tip. Very very unprofessional behaviour. As we denied to give more than Rs 1000, they took away my original TV box and many of my other stuffs are missing like my washing machine stand, my wonderchef grinder, my kictchen stuffs, etc.
Please don’t trust APML. Worst service ever. Banglore staffs of APML are the worst people ever.
