Shame on Agarwal packers and movers especially for storage and claim department. I was kept my goods for 5.5 months long because of my abroad travel with Agarwal packers and movers warehouse Bengalore. When I got delivery, it was like they kept all goods in cattle house. All aluminum Items are rusted, mattresses are having lot fungus, and all electrical and electronics Items were damaged by rats. All the boxes are full of Rat droppings and smelling of droppings.
When time came for claiming all these, these bloody officers were not responding and after 3 months they have been settled all this for 2K where as my damaged items costing more than 40K. And that too I haven’t received the claim amount.
Please don’t go for APM, they are having fame but really they are shameless. And their officers all across the India are like trained how to irritate the customer.
