I booked agrawal group for shifting from bangalore doddenakundi to panthur road. I thought it is trust able for shifting and that time my husband was not in india. I have to shift alone.
The guy came for looking stuff first quoted 12k for very minimal stuff. when I clearly said no then he himself gave some discount and then my husband on call talked to him then he agreed for 5k.
(12k to 5k he agreed)
But that time he came to know that I have to shift alone my husband is not in india.
he just listed few item in the back side of the paper signed n gave me I didn’t check all itmes.
but when those people came for packing they said TV not mentioned we won’t pack or we will charge extra.
That too when they have packed 80% item and shift to ground floor he started telling this.
When I called the guy who came and listed all item I told him that u forgot to write TV and these people not agree for TV packing then he said TV was not there.
either u pay for it or we won’t take.
He was so rude. he knows I m shifting alone he just want to get extra charges as much as he can get.
plants I shown when he came for checking all item he told they will shift all the itmes.
but later on he denied for plants
I asked to pack dinning table carefully it was new and edges should not get damage then he was like u don’t worry this is our everyday job nothing will happen.
later on to fit dinning table inside lift he damaged all the corners of table.
that day I was literally crying that how a person can talk like this.
I will not suggest anyone to go for this packers n movers.
There is urban clap and other packers n movers go for that.
these people are cheater.
they will make u cry at the last moment.
Guy name is sunil kajla he is the biggest cheater.
