Going by name was my Biggest mistake, they charged almost double to what I local M&P was quoting but obviously they convinced me saying their service is out of the world. The workers were rude and at the very last moment I had to arrange a separate vehicle for the stuff they said would not carry - all photo frames plastic items, they didn’t want to put effort in packing delicate items and they were deciding which plants to take and which not- I was literally fighting to take my plants and they said jagah nhi hai manage kar lo- Below are the damages caused-
They kept oil container in a box and keot shoes over it, hence massive oil spill damged all the costly shoes- Reply I got from customer care is oil is not allowed in lagguage- so that was not me who kept it there it was there men but as I said customer care said you have signed the doc that oil is not allowed and agin what I said is it was not me your men but obviously no reply.
plastic bucket broke they kept heavy stuff on it.
5 litre water bottle broke like it never existed.
missing piece of my table
broke leg a big table.
refused to drink water demanded cold drinks stubborn to take bakshish.
lazy to unload and asked for money and said we cant unload it.
I opened my clothes bad and I saw a glass a paltic box and a cover inside it, they just stuff the things where ever they can.
. The customer care offered me a compensation of 1500 for all this which we have already given as bakshish to them .
Please dont fall for the trap- go with the local movers and packers instead.
