I recently moved from Kanpur to Chennai. My agreed quotation included shifting of household items and car. And it has been agreed that car will move at later date.My household items got moved at a defined date and I paid them’upfront’. Then at the item of my car moverment. Mr. Neeraj(from Delhi office), Mr. Mukesh Sharma(from Kanpur office) and most dissappoiting Mr. Jino John, the Delhi office head says that’we dont agree to the quotation’ and pay more if you want your car to be moved.
How they can charge extra at a later date after agreeing to the quotation?
Also I brought insurance for safety of my items(isn’t it something that they should assure). They damaged my items and never repaired or repaid any claim.
