We have recently shifted our luggage from Hyderabad to Bangalore through Agarwal Packers & Movers(DRS Group). When the luggage reached us, we found many of the packages are damaged. All the edges of our bed are damaged. The bed was an expensive Godrej one and we didn’t know what to do. When we asked the people about it. The answer we got is "We are not responsible for it?.
What kind of an answer is that. They charge so much, just to deliver the goods damaged?. We also got a very good collection of decorative pieces. We have explicitly told them to be very careful packing them. They packed each piece and written "Glass items", Handle Carefully in big letters on the carton. But when it reached Bangalore, most of them were already broken into pieces and again Agarwal Packers & Movers says they are not responsible.
On top of this, one Carton which has some important papers in it was MISSING. Initially they said we will get it back. They never called us. Every time we call them, they give some stupid answer. Its been 2 months our luggage came but haven’t got the missing carton. We talked to the management as well, but are non-responsive. They say that they will call us back. But never called us.
There is not a single day, when we have not regretted for choosing Agarwal Packers and Movers. Careless and irresponsible packers and movers. Never ever consider going for Agarwal Packers and Movers.
I would rate it as Zero. Just that it does not allow me, I had to choose one bar.
