I had pathetic experience with this service provider. When I booked a parcel from jaipur to banglore they took extra charges from me. They promised me that parcel will be dispatch withing one week but they failed keep in his promise. The delivery of product was received after 15 days in damage condition.
I tried to trace my goods last 7 days but none of their customer care executives respond nor online feed back system was working. Very bad customer service. They never take responsibility for the damage.
